I found Todd through listening to his podcast The Conscious Man 7. His shows dive deep, I really enjoy his conversations and content! In his podcast he mentioned he helps train ppl to burn fat and build muscle with his Compound Body Training program he developed and it caught my attention. I'm a new father in my late 30's with a couple of young kids. I started noticing I was getting out of shape, lower energy levels and gaining weight with my new lifestyle and wanted a change. He helped me recalibrate my focus in multiple areas like fitness, foods I eat and other areas of my life including my own business! He's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and a good role model. My experience with his training program has been great! I started noticing good results within the first week. And a few weeks later I've already lost weight, gained muscle and definition. I'm feeling stronger and have higher energy levels. I've also gained my speed back in my soccer matches along with added strength, stability and endurance. I really enjoy the high intensity circuits that are included at the end of each workout. Todd also created a meal plan to support my goals with clean food and recipes are tasty! I'm feeling better physically and more confident in life. I'm looking forward to burning more fat and gaining even more strength as I continue to work with him. Six months ago,I was overweight, overworked and perpetually tired. I had no time to plan meals, eat or exercise. I was demotivated and well on my way to becoming depressed.
